At Gift Circle, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags (if any) are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Used candles, diffusers, or hygiene-sensitive items

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
